Iris Rosenberg: Through everyday work in sales support with a lot of enthusiasm and drive
Iris Rosenberg started in September 2021 as a sales & marketing clerk in sales support. Find out in the interview how Iris came to us and what she enjoys most in her role at redIT.
Iris, tell us, how did you get to redIT?
«After I had worked at Sage for several years and worked for an IT management consultant for over 13 years, there were a few interfaces with redIT. A strikingly strong Swiss company! When I saw the job advertisement, nothing was holding me back and I applied straight away."
How did you imagine everyday working life at redIT before your first day at work?
«Dynamic, innovative and modern. A sustainable company with a constant motivation to pursue revolutionary paths. A company with top-class employees who keep up with the times, make the impossible possible and put people at the center - which speaks for the many long-term partnerships."
You've been able to get an idea of us over the last few months - can you describe redIT in three words?
«Not easy, there are many more words...(innovative for sure😉). "

What do you enjoy most about your role?
«Working in a lively team – no two days are the same . The many different tasks, diverse challenges (especially as a newcomer) and unforeseen things give me anything but a gray everyday working life. And I like being able to complete assigned tasks independently."
