News from Luis Leuppi: The software project is in full swing
Last week was a real work marathon for our trainee computer scientist Luis Leuppi! He spends time with his five teammates every day from 09 a.m. to 00 p.m. They are in constant contact with the project and expand their skills. In order to manage the software project for the startup, they were divided into two groups.
Luis Leuppi, what challenges are there in the project?
«The biggest challenge is that each of us has our own area of responsibility, but still relies on the support of others. This made me realize again how tricky it can be to organize a team effectively. Each individual has their own individual concerns, but ultimately we always have to keep the entire project and the team in mind.
In our case, this means an extremely rational prioritization of the tasks. Despite these obstacles, we have made significant progress.”
Busy bees also need a break to recharge their resources!
San Francisco also offers lots of leisure activities. This week the entire team took trips to Google Park, the Stanford University campus and the Computer History Museum. To end Friday evening on a fitting note, some teammates and Luis Leuppi spontaneously decided to go to a concert at the Chase Center - there has to be a little fun!
In the next article you will find out the status of the software project and whether Luis Leuppi was able to experience more adventures in the hilly and picturesque landscape... Sequel follows!
We are always looking for talent who want to enrich our company!
