Our visitors can now also communicate with us in real time via chat on the redIT.ch website. This function is another component of SME digitalisation. With the chat we complete our interaction offer – e-mail, telephone, online booking – so that every customer can use his preferred communication channel.
Today, chat is an established part of everyday private life and it is hard to imagine life without it. Asking quickly if you get stuck or need additional information is an important requirement in the new “real-time world”, also in business. Chat offers some advantages over the phone, e.g. I know if the person I am talking to is available or it is very easy to share further information such as documents, diagrams and links. It is always important that there is a mix of interaction options to choose from and that the customer can use the appropriate means of communication at any time.
In the past, the implementation of chat solutions was quite complex and costly. The new generation of chat technologies are modular, are easy to install and manage, and more importantly, they are easy to use.
