Secure Print ensures that the print job takes place when you are standing next to the MFP printer, so no documents are left behind. Personal authentication with your own badge connects the document to the multifunction device, the digital workflow and/or your mailbox or storage folder. A uniform user interface supports users, reduces the error rate and thus also the helpdesk calls.

Reporting and analytics
All activities related to a network printer or MFP can be centrally monitored and recorded. The costs can be assigned to the various cost centers based on the user or project. The printing behavior can also be influenced on a role-based basis (e.g. color and black and white printing, number of printed or copied pages). Through data export and comprehensive reports, analyzes and conclusions are possible at any time, as well as the resulting optimization potential.
Privacy Policy
Secure Printing offers complete data security for all print jobs that pass through the system. Users must identify themselves using a PIN or badge on the printer or MFP. This signals the Secure Printing Server to release the print jobs or to allow the functions for copy, scan to folder and scan to mail on exactly this device. Your orders that have not been collected within the defined time will be deleted from the print server. This makes it impossible for a document to be left behind and thus data protection violations.

Waiting times at the printer are a thing of the past with “Follow Me” printing. The employee simply goes to the nearest available printer and prints out his documents there.
Cost-saving printing strategy
Suitable for companies that want to conserve resources with their printing strategies, such as printing standards for double-sided printing, for permanent black printing and for color printing only on choice. Printing costs can be reduced quickly and sustainably.
Badge printing
Users print confidential print data securely and from anywhere. The print data streams are retained on the server in encrypted form until the user has personally authenticated themselves at the printer and wants to print the documents. Print jobs that are not collected end up in the pull print spool and are automatically deleted after a defined time.
PIN protected
When a user submits a document for printing, they can enter a numeric code that is assigned to the document. The print job is saved until the user enters their unique PIN value, only then will the print jobs be printed.
