Also this year we enjoyed our traditional anniversary dinner with our long-time employees, high above Zug – in the restaurant Blasenberg. With this we want to thank our employees for their loyalty and their commitment to redIT over all these years. Each individual is aware of his or her position and the responsibility that comes with it. As a company we can profit from this every day. In today’s very dynamic and often fast-moving world, it is a challenge to retain and retain loyal and committed employees in the company on a long-term basis. For this reason, it is also important to show our employees appreciation and to offer ideal working conditions and continuously create new ones by providing a tailor-made environment. The large proportion of long-term employees and the low fluctuation at redIT shows us that we are on the right track.
