redIT at Wildspitz – What a great evening!
At 17.00 p.m., our motivated group met at Schönegg in Zug – runners and bikers, all punctual and full of anticipation. Off we went: some hopped on their bikes, others drove to the parking lot at Älpli. The atmosphere? Simply fantastic! There was lots of laughter and chatting, and the evening already promised to be something special. From Älpli, we then began the ascent together – along the exciting ladder path. It was quite sweaty in the heat, but luckily the path led mostly through the forest. After just under an hour, we had made it: we were standing on the Wildspitz! First, a big drink to refresh ourselves – we deserved it. Our bikers were even a bit faster at the top than us runners.
Then, finally, the well-deserved aperitif on the sunny terrace – in glorious weather and with a fantastic view. Shortly after, dinner was served: green salad, cordon bleu with crispy fried potatoes and vegetables, and to finish, a heavenly Coupe Romanoff. Simply divine! We discussed, laughed, and talked – a truly wonderful gathering. But as so often happens, the time flew by far too quickly, and soon it was time to head back. Leandro provided musical accompaniment and sang the entire way – what a highlight! After about 30 minutes, we were back at the parking lot.
