Merger of redIT: beelk Services AG, Kinetic AG and redIT Services AG go into the future together – with one organization, a uniform appearance, the well-known contact persons and innovative offers.
Digitization is changing the world in many ways, and the Corona crisis is further accelerating the development. New technologies and cloud solutions are key drivers of innovation, and the resulting changes in business processes and working methods offer opportunities and are increasingly becoming decisive competitive factors.
With the new organization, redIT is positioning itself as a digitization expert for SMBs, investing in its own future, optimizing operating processes and focusing even more consistently on proximity to the customer. redIT Services AG and beelk Services AG will merge as of July 1, 2020, while simultaneously taking over the business activities of Kinetic AG. This step has been planned for a long time and has nothing to do with the current challenges of the Corona crisis. redIT and beelk have had very successful years behind them and, thanks to our loyal customers and motivated employees, have also been able to cope with the crisis year 2020 in a pleasing manner until now. Kinetic AG, which was acquired in 2017, achieved an operational turnaround as planned at the end of 2019 and has developed further in terms of technology and personnel for cloud solutions.

With the merger, redIT has a holistic and innovative range of cloud, printing and business solutions for the digitization of SMBs. From software development to IT operations, redIT offers everything from a single source, making it easier for customers to meet the challenges of digitization. Around 150 employees support over a thousand customers from six locations in German-speaking Switzerland. redIT is thus well equipped for the future and creates the necessary conditions to make even more targeted use of the opportunities offered by digitization and to react flexibly to new market requirements.
The new strategy puts digitization at the center, consistently focusing on customer needs and creating even greater customer proximity. As digitization experts, redIT accompanies and supports its customers into the digital future.
