Renovation project: Inwil housing development

The historic timber-framed house has stood in Inwil near Baar since the 17th century. Directly next to it, a development of nine houses is being built since the fall of 2021, which will also include the new redIT headquarters.

The Riegelhaus has already been successfully retrofitted with Digitalstrom’s Smart Home System and thus serves as a reference project in the field of racing innovations. Specifically, the following components were upgrade:

  • Electric charging stations were mounted
  • Automatic lighting at the workstations after closing time
  • Intelligent control via tablet/smartphone
  • Room temperatures were recorded and linked to the heating and visualized
