UTM signatures
With the option “redCLOUD Firewall with signatures” the customer has the possibility to activate security policies including application control and IPS, web filtering, anti-virus and anti-spam. redIT uses the UTM signatures officially provided by the manufacturer and automatically updates the redCLOUD firewall. UTM signatures are updates of the database based services like Antivirus, IDP, Web Filtering, Anti Spam, etc. redIT cannot be held liable for the functionality and efficiency of the manufacturer’s signatures.
Always up to date
With this additional option, firmware updates are checked monthly and, after approval by redIT, are installed on the redCLOUD firewall. redIT also reserves the right to skip firmware releases that have been assessed as faulty.
10 configuration changes per calendar year
This option includes a maximum of 10 configuration changes within one calendar year and can only be booked once, together with the first order.
On-site exchange service 8x5 4h
When booking this option, redIT is obliged to provide the customer with a device with the last secured configuration within 4 hours during office hours (08:00 am – 12:00 pm and 13:00 pm – 17:00 pm). The device will be replaced by a technician on site. The travel time and travel costs are included. This option is only available in German-speaking part of Switzerland.
Rack-Mount-Kit
The Rack-Mount-Kit option provides the right conditions for our customers to integrate their redCLOUD firewall optimally into an existing 19 inch rack environment. This not only adapts to the standard size, but also brings console and network ports to the forefront.
On-site commissioning
The option price includes:
- Travel time, travel costs
- Installation of the preconfigured redCLOUD firewall
- Functional check
Not included:
- Network cable (RJ45 at least CAT 5e)
- Extension cable and socket strips for the power supply
- Configuration changes
The customer shall ensure that appropriate network cables are available and power connection facilities are available.
