Employee Barbecue: End of Season
Our popular employee barbecue took place again this year – we always have a barbecue for our employees once a month from spring to autumn. This of course takes place at all three locations: Baar, Oberrüti and Aarau. Today, however, it was that time again - we ended the barbecue season for 2024.
Our employees really appreciate having lunch together:
«Every month we transform our shop into a barbecue oasis, where not only the grilled food but also the team spirit really catches fire," enthuses one of our grillers.
Because of the different locations, it can often happen that you don't meet and exchange ideas for a long time. Thanks to the employee barbecue, it often happens that employees stay at another location over lunch and thus maintain contact:
'I really value the dialogue with other employees who you don't normally meet or speak on the phone with. Especially for me as a new employee, this is an ideal opportunity to get to know other departments and, above all, to meet them in person.' - reports a new team member.
The large number of participants and the lively interactions at the dinner table show us that we will definitely support this again next year.
