40th anniversary – We opened our doors at this year’s customer event
Inspiration without end
The customer event began with a warm welcome at the event location next door. There, Andreas Kleeb, owner of the beelk group, spoke about the company's beginnings and present day. He illustrated its development with a series of photos.
Afterwards, it started with a technical presentation: Our expert from the Productivity Team, Fabio Bonolo, spoke about “Microsoft Copilot” – a forward-looking topic surrounding AI-supported assistance systems in everyday work. Participants received practical insights and food for thought on the digitalization of tomorrow.

After the introduction and the technical presentation, we went over to our location in Oberrüti. As a logistics center, it is our largest location, followed by the headquarters in Baar and Aarau. Then the highlight of our customer event started in small groups: the interactive relay race through our location. Our guests were able to take a look behind the scenes at redIT and experience various themed stations – from security solutions and our configuration services to our collaboration with Schneider Electric and exciting application examples with ZEBRA scanning and labeling solutions.
Of course, our anniversary items were also part of the event. There was a journey back in time with vintage typewriters, PCs, and printers. Our museum-worthy cell phone collection from the past decades was also on display. These items sparked fascinating conversations about our long-standing collaboration and the impressive technological advances.

Culinary finale in convivial company
From 18:00 p.m. onward, the evening's event was brought to a close: Over a fine dinner, a Tatar hat, and lively conversation, we reflected on the impressions we had gathered in a relaxed atmosphere. It was wonderful to see so many new contacts formed and so many long-standing partnerships celebrated. We are especially proud that, even after 40 years of progress, we continue to meet the same customers at our customer events.
