We celebrate our anniversaries together

At redIT, we place great value on long-term collaboration with our employees, as we are convinced that these relationships shape and enrich our company. That is why we promote satisfaction and are committed to a positive corporate culture and good cooperation.

To honor the loyalty and commitment of our employees, we celebrate every year with our employees celebrating anniversaries and their partners over a delicious meal and say "THANK YOU" for their valuable contribution. This year we were delighted to have 16 employees celebrating anniversaries with a total of 285 years of service. As usual, the anniversary event took us to the Blasenberg restaurant, above Zug. And although the weather was not ideal, we were able to catch a glimpse of beautiful Zug. Over the course of the evening, the participants were able to exchange ideas with one another and reminisce about times gone by. During his speech, our CEO Andreas Kleeb addressed each and every one of them personally and thanked them for their outstanding and tireless work on behalf of redIT. The employees celebrating anniversaries also had their say and told exciting stories and experiences from their time at redIT. The high level of flexibility and the great team spirit were mentioned particularly frequently, points that are also of great importance to us and shape our positive corporate culture.
