First of all, congratulations on your 25th anniversary, dear Goods.

You joined Wickart, Kleeb + Partner AG in mid-June 1996. What motivated you to choose an international company based in Baar to move to a small team in Cham.

“There are certainly several reasons, but one of them was certainly the accusation that I walked too fast across the forecourt in the company. *grins* I needed new motivation."

 

What is it that still motivates you about your work today?

«Clearly, the variety! The work was constantly changing, as was the company, and I never got bored. Maybe it was also the saying Andrew Kleeb «z'vorderscht schtah, isch zwiit hinnä!» who always kept me on my toes. It definitely also has something to do with my work colleagues and the almost friendly way we interact with one another.”

 

What do you prefer to do than work?

“Pot around on the lake or watch my bees as they enter and fly around.”

 

Beni, 25 years means to you...?
«…that I could always rely on my employer, even in difficult times. However, I think that in a certain sense I was able to give this back."
