ISAF 2022: redIT as Printing Partner

Joel Wicki wins the 115. Innerschweizer Schwing- und Älplerfest of July 4, 2022 in Ennetbürgen (NW). He prevailed in the final round against Reto Nötzli and was energetically celebrated by about 7000 spectators. A total of 20,000 visitors attended the event last weekend. From redIT’s point of view, the Central Swiss Wrestling and Alpine Festival was also a complete success. After having taken care of the ESAF and its informatics in 2019, we were able to contribute our experience here again. redIT acted as partner in the area of printing.

We were responsible for the printing of the classification and ranking lists of the five courses at the ISAF. Our Managed Print Services specialists took on the important task of printing the classification and ranking lists immediately after the latest results were announced. It was interesting that there was always a list separately for the visitors and one for the media, so that they could report very quickly and up-to-date – the timing had to be right. The total of 12,380 printed pages were then distributed to the visitors by helping students. And the capacity was 270 prints per minute. The fact that everything worked so smoothly is not least due to the previous test runs. Nevertheless, one is always a bit tense at such events to make sure that everything really works.
