The following processes are in place in the HR department:
redIT makes them better and more efficient. The HOW of the digitization of HR processes is crucial! Our solutions are very flexible and can be adapted to the individual needs of the customer.
Our solution for the digital personnel dossier is based on SharePoint and is characterized by its clear and consistent structure. Basically, a uniform folder structure is created automatically for all employees. This offers three key advantages: • Structure: The folders inherit the categorizations to all documents in them, for example, a document in the folder Application documents automatically receives the category “Application Documents”. The search for desired documents is enormously simplified. • Confidential: Permissions are controlled by the folders. Only authorized parties can view certain documents (e.g., HR can see doctor’s notes, but supervisor cannot). – Compact: The folder structure can be hidden. The HR responsible person does not have to open the corresponding folder in each personnel file to see all employment contracts. With the help of a simple search, all documents can be displayed without disturbing folders.
When approving the minutes of the annual meeting, we attach great importance to a process that is as simple, consistent and transparent as possible. Thanks to a workflow in Power Automate, this runs 100% digitally at redIT. From now on, printing, scanning and passing on paper documents is history. The HR process was digitized as follows: 1. Employees receive an automated reminder after the interview to check and approve the digital log. 2. Approval is then obtained from the supervisor through workflow and the log, including approvals, is filed in the appropriate personnel file. 3. From this point on, it is now also visible to the HR department.
Note: If you already have Office 365 licenses in use, you will use the mentioned components (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate) without additional licenses and thus without additional costs (subject to exact license verification).
