The basic configuration of the redCLOUD Antivirus Server is based on the standard configuration and the security policy agreed with the customer.
Automatic updates and upgrades of the software
If necessary for security reasons or to provide new functions, updates will be installed promptly as soon as the manufacturer of the component used makes them available. redIT has no influence on the provision of updates by a manufacturer. Some updates/upgrades require user confirmation and a possible system restart.
Automatic updates of signatures
redIT uses the manufacturer's officially provided signatures and sets the software for an automatic update to ensure the functionality and effectiveness of the manufacturer's signatures. redIT has no influence on the provision of updates by a manufacturer.
Monitoring the software client
redIT monitors and ensures the smooth operation of the management software, as well as the updating of the clients used. If necessary, redIT will contact the customer and take any measures.
