Managed Endpoint Security offers comprehensive protection for your end devices and helps to proactively prevent cyber attacks. By adhering to security policies and regular updates, your devices always remain up to date and security gaps are quickly closed. The measures include the correct setup and ongoing updating of the Microsoft Firewall, advanced virus protection through Microsoft Defender, encrypting your data with Bitlocker, securely starting your Windows and regular updates for Windows, Microsoft 365 and third-party software.

Another important component is vulnerability management, which regularly checks your Windows devices for security gaps. If risks are discovered, our redIT specialists will suggest suitable measures to close the security gaps. You will receive a monthly security report that contains open security gaps, measures taken and other recommendations.

Managed Endpoint Security ensures that your devices are protected against cyber threats as effectively as possible. Should an attack occur, we recommend combining it with our SOC for even greater security.

The one-time costs cover the service hours for the initial setup and verification of your end devices. This setup forms the technical basis for redIT to reliably manage your devices. The one-time costs listed below apply provided the requirements outlined in the service description are met. The monthly costs include regular updates of supported third-party software, software vulnerability management, and a monthly, customized report.

Not included are:

Required Microsoft licenses
Updates from third-party applications, unless they are available from the sources described in the chapter “Third-party Updates”
Additional support interventions that exceed the time credit included in the offer (10 minutes per device) – these are carried out after prior agreement and are billed separately
